• The flat has two bedrooms, one of which is available. The available room is £200.00 per month. In addition to rent, each tenant will pay a share of council tax and bills.

• The room has a double bed on a raised platform, seating, storage and a desk.

• In addition, there is a very small room (a box room with a velux window) which also has a double bed, and may be used by your visitors as a guest bedroom.

• Six months minimum lease.
